Having a workout routine, I thought was nearly impossible for me..
Why? Because my work hours would change almost every week. Sometimes it would start at 6.00 am in the morning or end at 11.00 pm at night, making it very difficult for me.
And with ‘work from home’ my meal timings also screwed up. Ordering food from Swiggy had become a daily ritual, until it showed up on my health & I had to get serious.
That’s when I started going for a morning/ evening walk whatever time I was free.
– I walked for nearly 1 hour every day.
– corrected my meal timing
– switched to simple home cooked food
Just by doing this it made a huge difference. I never thought loosing weight with just walking and having the normal home cooked food is even possible.
If you’re still struggling to make time to get fit and healthy, you can start with something as small as going for a walk & eating regular home cooked food with portion control. Trust me it really works.
